What is difference between Relay Location & Endpoint Location?

System used by trainer is called Relay Location, where as all participants are known as Endpoint Location. Entire session is controlled from Relay Location where trainer can decide whom to invite for asking question audio-visually or for sharing their desktop.

What are system requirements for WatchWitz WEMEET - Endpoint Location?

Hardware Configuration:
P-IV with minimum 512 MB RAM

Windows XP SP2 or Higher

I am getting Allow/Deny screen. What should I do?

It is a notification to inform you that application is accessing your camera and microphone. You need to select Allow option when asked for it. You can right click on video screen and tick Remember option in Privacy settings tab of Flash player. Application will remember you preference.

I am facing echo or loopback of voice. What should I do?

Right click on video screen and tick Reduce Echo option in Microphone settings tab of Flash player. Please make sure you have selected correct Audio device in the list. Go to Windows Control Panel >> Sound and Audio Devices >> Select Audio properties and turn off Mic Boost option in advance properties of Audio Settings. Also it is highly recommended to use Headphone with Mic when using Laptop to avoid loop back.

I cannot see my video. What should I do?

Please make sure any other Window or Application is not accessing your camera before you start. Right click on video screen and select Camera settings tab of Flash player. Please make sure you have selected correct Video device from the list. You can preview your camera by clicking small square below device list.
