How can my clients connect to me for support?
All clients will require installing WatchWitz Help Client plug-in very first time for getting connected with you. Once they have installed WatchWitz Help Client, you will need to create Client ID from online SAM control panel and inform them.

How do I create ID’s for clients?
You will need to create Client ID from online SAM control panel. You can identify your clients with client id’s, which will be reflected in Support Log, so make sure that each client id is unique for your reference.

What is SoftPBX? When should I opt for SoftPBX upgrade?
SoftPBX is an upgrade for multiple support agents in an organization. It is virtual soft PBX system which supports call transfer, multipoint call conference & remote desktop with other SAM ID’s (support agents) in same SoftPBX.
If you have more than one support persons for handling your clients, you should opt for SoftPBX upgrade.

Does it take additional resources in a multipoint support session?
No. It will not use any extra resources on your or client PC.

Audio devices are not allowed in my company. Can I use other features?
Yes, you can use the required features.

How can I know the support session details (LOG)?
Support session details (LOG) is available on your online SAM control panel.

Public ID is unique identification required by your clients to get connected with you.
DO NOT share your SAM ID or Password with anyone.

No. You just need to get connected with Internet, there is no requirement of global or static IP address on either side.
